Soap making runs in the family. We were raised with the gracious smells of laurel and essential oils filling our father’s garage, and we grew up to share the same passion for high quality natural products that are handmade locally. A few years after his passing, we came across his notebook while refurbishing his study and decided to perpetuate the family legacy and test his recipes.

 

In a year's time, our soaps became highly demanded by friends and family for their numerous virtues which led us to pursue training in France to become certified soap makers.

 

Rēs was then launched in 2016 where it all started: our hometown Kneisseh, a small village in the Metn area of Lebanon known for its breathtaking pine and olive trees.
